Armando Fleites graduated cum laude from the University of Miami School of Law in May of 2015 and was admitted to the Florida Bar in September of that same year. Armando Fleites is a licensed member of the Florida Bar and the Federal Bar for the Southern District of Florida. Before law school, Armando Fleites attended Florida International University, where he graduated with honors and obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science and a Certificate in Law, Ethics and Society.  

Since his admission to the Florida Bar, Armando Fleites has worked hard to obtain justice for persons facing criminal charges or injured through no fault of their own. Armando Fleites’ interest in helping negligence victims started at a young age, when he was himself involved in a nearly catastrophic motor vehicle accident and was seriously injured. After his accident, Armando Fleites relied on the legal expertise of his uncle, Carlos M. Fleites, Esq., to guide him through the legal process. It was at this point that Armando Fleites first realized the importance of having sound competent legal counsel to assert one’s rights. 

Armando Fleites began working as a law clerk at DePrimo Fleites, P.A. in 2013, while he was still in law school. Upon graduating from law school and being admitted to the Florida Bar in 2015, Mr. Fleites began working at DePrimo Fleites, P.A., as an associate attorney. While working working at DePrimo Fleites, P.A., as an associate, Armando Fleites handled hundreds of negligence cases including motor vehicle accidents, slip and falls, civil battery, negligent hire, negligent security and so forth. Aside from handling a wide variety of negligence cases, Armando Fleites has also litigated hundreds of breach of contract actions against automobile insurance companies which have made improper Personal Injury Protection reimbursements to medical providers. 

Armando Fleites established his own firm in 2019 to provide the highest quality legal representation to criminal and personal injury clients.
